1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.

    • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, limited edition, custom pieces) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defective products (if stock is available).

  • If the desired size/item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for errors on our part.

5. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

6. Store Credit Option
  • If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear)
